Nancy Wight MD, IBCLC, FAAP, FABM, is a neonatologist and a team participant in the creation of the Baby Friendly USA Neonatal Care Unit Toolkit. She also played a central role in the Neonatal Ward/NICU Monograph for the World Health Organization in 2020. Join us for her insights, experience, and recommendations on the application of BFHI principles in neonatal wards/NICUs.

About the Webinar
Elise Graham is a pediatric otolaryngologist-head and neck surgeon practicing at Children’s Hospital in London Health Sciences Centre in London, Ontario. She completed fellowship training in pediatric otolaryngology at the University of Utah after medical school and residency training at Dalhousie University in Halifax. She has a special interest in breastfeeding medicine as well as interest in pediatric airway, feeding and swallowing.
